Sweet, I went through just about the same thing you did last year. Wound up buying a Canon XS. It was in my price range and you can shoot totally manual with it. Plus I could use all the lenses from my T2 on the DSLR and would not sink my budget on a bunch of new glass. I did wind up buying a couple of new lenses though. I’m not a great photographer, but I pull off a nice shot every now and then. I just like taking pictures where I have creative control over the outcome of the shot. I’m looking forward to checking out your work with your new rig.
