Current State of Afairs

I'm taking a vacation. Sort of. I'm taking a week off work and I plan to relax but not exclusively. I'm going to attempt to get the garage insulated and all that entails. It's not really a big job but I don't have the greatest history with efficiency. I also hope to get some work done on the Sporty. As it turns out the rear fender I have on her is not correct but is quite desirable to owners of earlier XLCH's. To the untrained eye it's the same shit. Sort of interesting in a resto-nerd sort of way. So this is what the Sportster looks like today.

We shall see what the Sportster looks like in a week. Probably about the same but hopefully the garage will be warmer so I can work out there a bit more comfortably in the winter.
