This is a Polaroid of me playing the old drumkit sometime around 93. I dug it out for reference, as I think it's the only photo I have of that kit. It's quite telling for me. Of course, I know what I'm looking at. I was thinking I'm missing part of the tom mount set up and this verifies that. It also shows that my hairline was receding much earlier than I was ready to admit. Looking back, I'm surprised that I was ever excited to play that thing. What a piece of shit. In a month or two it will be much less shitty. I will then be forced to actually learn how to play it.
